If you discover any faulty items, please
contact us by eBay message. Or you can send email to
choose-your-colour@hotmail.co.uk. Please quote your
eBay ID and give us a brief description of fault. we
will post the replacements within 24 Hours with prepaid
return envelope. The rest you need to do is to return
the faulty parts by post after you receive the
replacements. |

Conditions
The refund
can be issued if the faulty items are returned within
14 days (10 working days) after receipt. The fault means
that the ink cartridges doesn't work with your printer
or we send you wrong cartridges. If your order is lost
in post, we will issue the claim with the courier
meanwhile we will resend the order to you within 2
working days.
